“I was recommended to call Fusco to do some work that I needed done quickly at my house.
I wound up only doing part of the work after I paid the deposit which was calculated on the full cost of the job. It was an oversight on everyone’s part. I noticed this 4 months later. I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR FROM NATIONAL GRID IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO MY HOME IT HAS TO BE TUESDAY IF NOT SEE YOU IN OCTOBER. I AM NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT IS INCOMPETENT. HE SAID IM SORRY HOLD ON...A FEW MINUTES LATER HE SAID THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW 8AM. WELL 745AM THE TRUCKS CAME PAUL, RICH, AND THE CREW AND STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY 8AM.
