I saw Veronica today for a haircut before heading back to Tennessee. The experience was outstanding and the haircut was equally as pleasing. She did a great job. I had previously seen Dawn who was a great stylist as well. I would definitely recommend both these stylists. I hope I’m as lucky to find a stylist as good as Veronica and Dawn in Tennessee.

I had to come back to the store because there were a couple of makeup products I wasn’t loving. I want to start of by saying ULTA has a very flexible return policy which I appreciate!I got on line and Hannah was helping me with my returns, I asked for her opinion on different products to switch for the ones I had and she was helpful with assisting me and my 1,000 questions.She actually went around the counter to show me and educate me on the products I was inquiring for and also shared her personal favorites. Super sweet, super nice and super patient.Thank you tons Hannah!!!!! ? ? ? ?

I had an amazing experience with Kristilyn Becker. I booked an appointment with her for an updo, showed her a picture as a reference. She replicated it even better. Her technique was flawless and she put in so much time and effort to do it!! Everyone ended up loving the hair style! Definitely going back to her when in New York!
