I had such a positive experience at the Ulta store in Patchogue this evening. Michelle was so helpful , caring and went all out to make sure everything that I came in to do was taken care of .
From the moment I asked for assistance, she was so friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me do exactly what I needed to and made my shopping experience so incredibly pleasant and stress-free. I want to give Dawn in the salon a huge shout out ! That woman works so hard on her feet all day going back and forth ! They are so under staffed there and she is doing everything !! She is such a professional and an amazing hair stylist! With a company so large those girls should not be over worked the way they are ! I hope and pray they show Dawn appreciation for what an asset she is to their company !

My favorite ulta to come to, everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Recently had an amazing experience with my mother, we needed to get her a whole glam look and she never really wears makeup. We had the absolutely lovely Leah help us so much with picking out specific products that works with my mother's complexion. From eye serums, concealer, face powder she spent so much time making sure it suited my mom and that we were happy with the products. We also were helped by Dani who was able to match my mother with awesome lip stick and gave great recommendations! Would highly recommend this location!
