She is knowledgeable, warm, patient, always explains what she is doing and why. She transformed my hair that day to the most beautiful blond and was extremely knowledgeable as to how we would work together to repair it. Over the years Alicia has kept my blonde healthy and beautiful, has done extensions seamlessly and without any damage to my hair. “My favorite ulta to come to, everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Recently had an amazing experience with my mother, we needed to get her a whole glam look and she never really wears makeup. We had the absolutely lovely Leah help us so much with picking out specific products that works with my mother's complexion. From eye serums, concealer, face powder she spent so much time making sure it suited my mom and that we were happy with the products. We also were helped by Dani who was able to match my mother with awesome lip stick and gave great recommendations! Would highly recommend this location!“

“I asked Lucy to help me with a “night out dancing party” hair style. For me to do my own hair is leaving it to chance on how it would look and hold up for the night, not a good option…lol. So I put my hair in her recommended hands and what a style she performed. She is amazing at her craft. A look at my dress and what I was planning on doing that night, dancing, she started the wheels turning and before I knew it an evening style that suited me, my hair, my dress was created and would have lasted beyond the evening event.
