5 stars across the board. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable & fair. This evening was our 1st time using them. With minimal description of the problem, Matt had a good idea of what was wrong (air in the pipes) and fixed the issue after looking everything over. We were worried it was a larger issue, but thank goodness it wasn't. We would recommend them and use them again.

I recently moved into an older house with little information on its history. I was interested in upgrading the system by possibly adding AC to what was already installed. John from Trap Heating and AC stopped by, checked everything out, gave the current system the a-okay, and suggested that AC would be a relatively simple addition. Trap Heating & AC came highly recommended by many friends and neighbors in the area, so he submitted his estimate, got to work, and had the new AC unit installed within the week. John and his crew removed and replaced our existing central air conditioning system on time and without any issues.
