I just got a phone call from Ester (apologies if the name is spelt incorrectly) and wow! She was so sweet! Apologized profusely for the actions of the medical students comments I overheard yesterday. She was very professional and I truly appreciate her reaching out to me to make things right. I’m happy to hear the two students got reprimanded and spoken to, so this issue does not happened to someone else. A big thank you to Ester for calling and making me feel so much better about the situation! Truly means a lot! I changed my 2 star review to a 4 because she really impressed me!

Honestly I've been to a couple of Urgent care where some of those that work there are not friendly or greet you in a proper manner But this one in Patchogue they were nice and friendly and patient with you for the first time being there. And I always go by the FIrST of Everything. And thanks to Abby too she was nice , So I give them a 5 *
This team here is amazing! These are people who care about the health of their patients and who treat their patients like people not just numbers on a chart. The care I received here is outstanding. I am so grateful this place is here this would be the only place I would go to for any of my urgent needs. Amazing experience thank you all
