Came in a few weeks ago and was upset with the provider I saw, but Nicolette went above and beyond to help me. She really listened, reassured me, and got me scheduled with the doctor. Her attitude and care made the whole experience so much better. In the end, I’m really happy with everything and would recommend this office to family and friends

I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. As a federal employee, policy is inconsistent, extremely demanding, and provides unrealistic timeframes. That is easiest way to frame it. Nicolette, who handles medical record related inquiries, has been an absolute gem and asset to the office. She has been efficient when any documents are needed to be completed or any insurance related issues, scheduling, just to name a few. She has worked with and adapted with frequent changes throughout the years for medical forms for my employer.

I started treatment at Medihealth on June 2023 after a car accident and they helped me so much with the handling of my case and the treatment of my injuries. They’re a very dedicated staff and everyone is very nice. I would recommend Dr. Elfiky to anyone needing neurology services
