Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I was assisted right away and didn’t feel rushed at any point. After going through the same process at another vision store without success, I finally found a pair of glasses here that truly fits and works for me. I’m genuinely happy with my glasses and very glad I came here.
I’ve had such resistance to getting glasses at all but it was time! A friend saw me struggle to read & recommended Vision world for their patient, knowledgeable care and for their wide selection of options. Despite my apprehension, I was put at ease instantly by Felix’s gentle care as he helped me, not only accept having to wear glasses, but helped me select the right frames I feel really comfortable wearing!
