One good thing is that they do not annoyingly try to upsell service with everything they do. But the person that did my feet did a subpar job. They barely soaked my feet, it was roughly 2 minutes. They did not do a good job at exfoliating and rushed me out. The job was incomplete. To top it off, they were rude. Despite not being happy with the service. I left a fair tip and did not get a thank you. I went on a Wednesday so there was no need for a rush. They had more than ample time to soak my feet because I was with someone who had more extensive service and they had me seated but did not start me until 20 minutes into their session. I will not be coming back.

I rate them 5 stars because they are clean and one of the girls are amazing at doing my nails. I do think some of the girls do need way more training. Me and my boyfriend go here at the beginning of every month and he loves it
