Mk is an exceptional gem of a salon in Midtown East. The Salon, presided over by Marshall Kim, its skilled and personable owner, has a pristinely clean, unpretentious appearance. Its exceptionally talented stylists are uniformly experienced in the art of hairdressing - able to execute the most "cutting edge" styles, along with timeless looks. I have used the same stylist, Liza, for over 15 years. She is fantastic colorist and cutter, but just as importantly, she is willing to share her ideas, which she communicates clearly and in a sweet way. Typically, after I've had my hair done at MK Salon, people literally stop me on the street to compliment my hair!! You owe yourself a visit to this should-be-legendary salon.
