Luxury Laundry & Wash offers quick wash and dry cycles of about 25 minutes, with large machines that are the biggest in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, though some equipment is older and may not always be working. The facility is usually clean, and clothes come out good. Customers enjoy the fun arcade games, despite some being broken. Recent issues include out-of-service ATMs and vending machines, with a high card minimum, but repeat visitors appreciate the overall experience.
The guy is so rude. I had my son with me and he only 3 and the way he was being so rude about my son being a kid literally nobody was there, it was 1am, and he acted like people there being disturbed and was so rude and told us to stop. Took my son out after. Terrible attitude. Close the laundromat if you can’t handle a kid being a kid or keep it 9am to 9pm like most places.
I came into retrieve my clothes from the drier & this worker refused to let me get my clothes. She stood infront of the drier refusing to move & attacked me when I tried to touch them . Pulling my hair out , punched & bit me on my breast. She is a racist & doesn’t deserve to work in such a diverse community. She needs to be fired & replaced .
Too many broken machines. They have an order sign on the bathroom door. But that's only so the staff can use it only and no customers. Which is ridiculous when you're there for hours doing laundry.
