Very bad experience . Every weekend there maximum machines are out service. Some stupid people left there clothes inside the washing machine or inside the dryer. If you ask the staff for help( Specially the spanish lady in the morning) act like people bother them too much. Dryer lint box are full of dirt. I don't think anybody cleans it.
The Spanish woman who works the evening shift has a huge attitude problem. She refused to help customers and steals money by saying she doesn’t have any dollars change, come back later.
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I only continue to go to this laundry because it’s in my area but the employee that works the morning shift short Mexican lady is SO RUDE !! I went in today and the card machine isn’t working so she has to assist with starting the machines . She had me wait 10 minutes before she came to start my machine . She never wants to give change if you have a big bill. She only dedicates to the Spanish speaking people . It was time for me to dry my clothes mind you , we get free drying she told me “only 30 mins no more” . How can you tell me how much minutes I get When I spend $30 to wash it’s not my fault the card machine isn’t working . Also The...read full review
