I came into retrieve my clothes from the drier & this worker refused to let me get my clothes. She stood infront of the drier refusing to move & attacked me when I tried to touch them . Pulling my hair out , punched & bit me on my breast. She is a racist & doesn’t deserve to work in such a diverse community. She needs to be fired & replaced .
Too many broken machines. They have an order sign on the bathroom door. But that's only so the staff can use it only and no customers. Which is ridiculous when you're there for hours doing laundry.
Very bad experience . Every weekend there maximum machines are out service. Some stupid people left there clothes inside the washing machine or inside the dryer. If you ask the staff for help( Specially the spanish lady in the morning) act like people bother them too much. Dryer lint box are full of dirt. I don't think anybody cleans it.
