Lincoln Family Dental has outstanding staff. They provide great customer service and experience. The staff are decent, helpful, and polite. They have good insight on tooth and are definitely caring. The cleaning is very good. The staff, including dental assistants and hygienists, are great at explaining everything. They are welcoming and kind. The office is clean and all equipment is sanitized. Lincoln Family Dental provides exceptional service and is recommended for both children and adults. The staff show hospitality and kindness, making patients feel welcomed. Patients leave smiling and feeling happy with the service and dental office. Lincoln Family Dental is a great place to go for dental care.
They gave me an x ray with a ton of jewelry on. Even though I implied that I should take it off, which later cost me $250 but the place I had to go to top get my extraction. Come to find out they do extractions there, based on the reviews! They also don't answer the phone. At least the girls up front were nice.

Great customer service and experience. My appointment was for 11:30am, and I arrived before 10 and was called in at about 10. The wait in the room was not long, either. The staff are decent, and Regina the dental assistant gets high grades as does Dr. Held, who took time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. I would definitely recommend this office. I almost can't wait to go back for my fillings in a couple of months.
First time at this office. I arrived 5 mins before my appointment and was seen on time. I’m very accustomed to how these visits should go as I always do check up + cleaning twice a year. After X-rays, Doctor comes in to evaluate, provide information, then a thorough cleaning or vice versa if doctor isn’t available right away. My visit ended in less than 15 mins. I had X-rays done then a quick 5-min cleaning. I could tell my molars weren’t touched at all. I did not leave feeling as though I just got my teeth cleaned.
