We've trusted Sunny with our HVAC system before, so when two separate problems came up, they were our first call. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional, and carefully investigated both issues. One turned out to be a simple operating mistake, while the other was a failing zone controller affecting the downstairs airflow. He got the system working as well as possible until the repair can be completed. Honest service, skilled technicians, and reasonable rates. :)
The service man arrived on time. Very understanding and accommodating. Knew his trade very well, careful to explain our problem and the challenges of fixing it
Would unhesitatingly recommend. !!
I can't say enough good things about Sunny's HVAC service. We had two different service calls within a short period, and both were handled by the same experienced technician. He quickly resolved a fan issue upstairs and later spent the necessary time troubleshooting a complicated airflow problem downstairs, ultimately finding a defective zone controller. He restored temporary operation and clearly explained the next steps. Reliable, knowledgeable, and always focused on providing excellent service at a fair price. !!
