I just spent 2 days at a b&b doing her well ess program. Jill was very pleasant. I learned all about meditation, which I will continue. The Bliss therapy body massage was truly blissful. Can't wait to do another. I also learned about alternative organic spices and foods which I plan to try to start doing more of.
