I was having a problem with Ferrell gas delivering my propane. Ferrell gas pushed back my delivery for propane twice and I was very low on fuel by that time, so I called Scott Smith& sons and was very pleased to speak with someone that was able to take care of this matter and say I would get fuel within the week. Great customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Switched to these guys after trying propane from superior. Highly recommend. They came out, switched tanks and are much cheaper. Superior put me on a plan for each year and tried keep me on. Superior, overall, had great servic,e but my main issue was cost and their extra fees they tacked on and upcharged. If you want the best deal in town with an honest supplier, you can't go wrong with going with this privately owned business that cares about it's workers and customers. I had a 90+ year old neighbor who's thermostat got stuck and they came out and saved her from overheating, no fault of theirs. No charge to her and got her situation back to where it was.... read full review

Prices are great @ the pump, fuel oil delivery to your home is always an easy process. Monthly billing is always on time and accurate. And yearly cleaning of our furnace is always scheduled and completed in a timely manner. All the service technicians are polite and treat you and your home with resect. Always a pleasure doing business with them !
