I had Derek come out to my campsite and perform and emergency service my Hot Water heater . They diagnosed it quickly, explained everything that they were doing, and it has been working perfectly . Job well done ! you wont be disappointed ! I will get my regular maintenance done with RVMD in the future .
I have a warranty company that gave us a complete run around. But Derick went above and beyond. Came out his own pocket to make sure it got done without it taken even longer .We waited weeks on end for this warranty department to take care of it and nothing. RVM Service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I know have running water with an endless hot water tank. Thank you Derick and RVMD Service team. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service on their RV. Great service and great people.
