Went to get my nails done with my daughters and this salon was a wonderful experience! The staff were very accommodating with all three of us and I am impressed with my spooky set! Will definitely be returning!

Though they were very busy, they were able to get me in relatively quickly for a pedicure and manicure. The woman who did my nails was very efficient and attentive. She did a very good job on both. I wish I had asked her name.

Because we travel in a RV, I rarely get to use the same nail services. This was my first time at NY Nails. I had a opening appointment on Friday. We were greeting by each employee as they came to work. Unfortunately, they do not wear name tags but I was assigned chair #2. The technician was very nice, brought the color chart, gave me my choice of pedicure (I picked the green tea for moisturization), and checked water temp. She was very gentle with both my feet and hands which I appreciated since I have bad arthritis in my hands. If we are in the area again, I would definitely go back to this salon.
