I live in California and was flying back to New York (Fulton) to throw a 70th birthday party for my Father. I found Good Times online and saw their great reviews so decided to give them a call. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. I had a rental home as well so delivery and set up was a bit of a challenge on my end based on the availability but they were kind and helpful and accommodated my restrictions. The delivery Team was on time and super friendly. They set up a large tent, chairs and tables and everything looked perfect. I HIGHLY recommend GoodTimes to anyone looking for their party rentals. Dealt with Eric to schedule everything and setup. Staff sent to setup and pickup were awesome. They traveled out to wildwood center and stayed in contact with me while going back and forth with event center and them. Nothing but good things to say and 100% will use them again!!

We gad a great experience from start of booking to set up an take down. I was able to call an add on more tables a few days before event without a problem. Great with communication as when they are coming to set up an take down. Everyone worked great together setting everything up, even with a few hurdles an the hot temps. Would definitely recommend an use again.

We can not say enough good things about GoodTimes! We have been renting from them for the last 4 years. They always get there right at the time they say they will be and get everything set up fast. This year for my daughter's party, all the kids stayed much longer than usual and when they came to pick up the bounce house they asked if we wanted them to just come back in the morning to grab it so the kids could keep playing. Needless to say we had some very happy kiddos! We will be renting from GoodTimes for many more years!

Just rented the sports bounce house for my sons birthday Saturday, because it rained they let me keep it an extra day! Very good communication and easy to rent from! Will be renting from them again in the future !

Rented a 20x 40 tent with lighting,walls and chairs for my wedding. Everything was on time, clean and in good condition. Would recommend and will be a future customer. Texting seamed to be best for communication phone was harder to reach.

Denied service for my friend and kept making excuses and denied them. Supposedly had “every right” even though they had told my friend last second when my friend had everything prepared. Disappointed overall and please take your business else where, where they actually care about professionalism.Edit: now they keep giving different excuses as to why they couldn’t give service. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional this company is.They had reasons such as1. Squeezing it in when they had another event even though they still allowed to book it2. Supposedly no permission from property owners “supposedly”3. And the fact that they didn’t care of it was for a birthday partyPLEASE PLEASE PLEASEtake you business elsewhere to a company who does not lie, make dumb excuses, and have poor time management and other interests above your own.(Please stop making excuses as well, I have screenshots to prove how you kept changing them and kept changing Them for your own interest)
