Went to the store with my daughter to upgrade her phone. Tony assisted us and was excellent throughout the whole process. He patiently assisted us through the upgrade, helped facilitate the transfer of data from my daughter's old phone to the new one and then waited with us to ensure the transfer successfully completed. To top it off, he also initiated the transfer of data from my wife's phone to my daughter's old cell phone. Tony was extremely helpful and gracious throughout our entire visit and we were very appreciative to receive such great customer service!
