Huge shoutout to Mac at Prime Fitness! I’ve been training with him for the last 2 years and can honestly say he’s one of the most knowledgeable and thoughtful trainers out there. Every workout is tailored specifically to you, your goals, and your body — always pushing you while making sure you stay injury-free.

I cannot rec Mack enough! He really really knows his stuff, he doesn’t waste your time, and is a pleasure to work with. I was coming back from an ACL reconstruction and he was there when I was starting to run and jump and pivot. He made sure I was doing the things I should be doing AND, most importantly he made sure I was don things right. He spotted weakness and asymmetries in my body and gave me exercises to right them. Within weeks I was feeling stronger in the areas I had been neglecting. Mack is a great guy and I can’t thank him enough for the help he gave me.
Since my first session with Mack I have felt seen, heard, and completely safe. At 67, I always knew I should be using weights. When two of my fellow Masters Rowers recommended him to me, I was initially scared! Intimidated! How do you start, how do you know if you’re doing it right? ‘I’m too old to do this.’ Seven months later, I feel stronger in ways I never imagined. Mack instilled in me such a strong belief about my innate abilities and better yet, the potential to be reached. With Mack’s keen eye to detail, instruction, education and sense of humor, I actually laugh and have fun?! Thank you, Mack and Prime Fitness! What a life changing experience!!
