My dog Babe had bilateral ACL repair and L hip surgery a few months ago. Needless to say he hasn’t been groomed in months and looked like a yak! Nicole was patient and gentle with Babe. She sent me a picture of him in the special bath during the grooming process. In the past groomers have just shaved Babe, Nicole immediately knew how his breed needed to be groomed. Yes, Pooch Parlor has a mobile option which is very convenient. Because of that they are booked 3 weeks out. Now with their new store, people can get appointments much sooner. Either store or mobile, Pooch Parlor is a great place for your pets…I highly recommend! ?
Very happy with Tahoe’s recent grooming experience! He has an extremely heavy long double coat, and it was neglected and matted during pandemic, as I couldn’t get a mobile groomer appointment. (Attempted on-site grooming unsuccessfully) communication was direct and practical with Nicole & Dannie. Clear updates on day of grooming scheduling. Dannie was efficient and kind dealing with a reluctant pup. Now Tahoe can be comfortable for the summer! Great job!
I’m so impressed with this service! I’ve been searching for the right company to take great care of my dogs, and I finally found it. They’re efficient, their reminder messages keep me on track, and they communicate so well about timing and arrival. My dogs were so happy after their grooming, I just wish I had found them sooner!
