I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rodrigues. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Rodrigues was incredibly thorough during the exam. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the personalized care. The office is clean and equipped with up-to-date technology, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Brian M. Rodrigues, OD at Ossining Family Optometry is a consummate professional. He is attentive, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. Scheduling is easy, wait times are minimal, and the office runs smoothly. He takes the time to listen, completes a comprehensive exam, and clearly explains results and recommendations. I’ve purchased two pairs of prescription glasses from his office and have been extremely pleased both medically and aesthetically. His bedside manner is kind and compassionate, and the front desk staff are warm, caring, and efficient. I highly recommend him.
10 STARS! I saw Dr. Rodrigues after experiencing difficulty with another provider. I had just about given up thinking the aging process was taking over. Dr. Rodrigues spent so much time listening and caring. I never felt rushed. We went through some trial contacts and he had me seeing clearly in no time! I don't even need reading glasses! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rodrigues. If you are looking for a doctor with an amazing bedside manner combined with outstanding professionalism, look no further!
