6/11/25 my first time here, played from the tips. What a great challenge, with some tight tee shots and skinny fairways but some more forgiving holes too. Fairways have decent protection forcing layups or risky shots on second shots
Greens were kind of slow even around noon but the course was soaked from recent rain so that may be unfair. Minus one star for poor drainage in a bunch of areas, lots of standing water on fairways and even some greens. The standing water areas should at least be reduced given how much elevation change there is to work with here

This is a fantastic public course! I have played many public and private courses and found this one to be one of the better public ones. I played on a weekday and easily finished in 4 hours (with a cart). The views/scenery were a big plus as well.
Beware though, this course is challenging. For the first time in my life I had to buy balls at the turn after losing so many on the front 9. So for a novice golfer this course will be frustrating, but for intermediate and above golfers this will be a difficult but fun round. I will definitely be returning again soon.
