We became new customers this year and wow, so glad we went with Aqua-Pro. John, the owner, came out to our home after the season just to check that our pool was properly closed after we moved. Mackenzie in the office has been so helpful and patient with all of my questions, she's a delight. Michael, John's son, came by to walk us through the system and it was clear he was so knowledgeable and passionate about the work. Our invoices are clear and straight-forward and easy to pay. It is rare indeed that a service provider is as professional and responsive. For years, I had been dealing with another pool servicer and had no idea the compromise I was making. When I switched to Aqua Pools, it was like night and day. Just today, I noticed a small leak in my heater and emailed John. Within two minutes, I had response and within ten minutes, his team was at my door. Yes, John and his team are just that good!

New customers with them (and first summer in our new home) and the team who came to open the pool did a great job and super helpful explaining to my husband how to use the filter and how to maintain the pool for the summer. Office staff is great, very responsive and extremely accommodating - was able to get the crew out here on very short notice when there was an issue with the pump. So far so good!!
