We purchased tiles here at the recommendation and for installation by Hamburg Flooring. The showroom was well stocked, clean, bright and the designer was extrememly helpful! Would absolutely recommend!
Stopped in around closing hours to see if they carried a brand of tiles i need to special order. Told me they no longer do business with the distributor that carries the brand but offered to give me a direct phone number to reach them. So did not actually buy anything but that's customer service and going out of their way to help a customer. Next time looking for tiles will definitely go there.
Came in for a pick up of tile and glue. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I pulled the van to the loading bay and loaded and gone. Great service and many options to choose from.
