I didn’t even get a haircut here - but my phone died and I needed directions to get to an appointment. The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and helpful. I have no idea how it is as a hair salon but you will never get anything but the utmost customer (or stranger!) service here, 5 stars!
Deep hair conditioning … excellent hair stylist … Susana (Suzi) kind, considerate, pleasant and did not rush but took time to make sure hair treatment and service was well done. I was so nervous about getting bangs but decided I should do it anyway as I wanted a fresh look. Lisa pulled it off PERFECTLY. Could not be happier with my experience. She’s very informative and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.
