Spa at Falling Waters is a spa with adequate facilities. The estheticians, therapists, and stylists are very nice and do a good job. The staff, including Devon, Kate, and Abby, are known for their precision and skill, especially in nails and toes, always making clients’ nails look fabulous. The environment is clean and pleasant, with a nice scent, though some clients have noted issues with nail polish durability and price changes. One recent experience included a facial, which was described as wonderful, although remodeling made the space loud and less relaxing, and there was some signage of ongoing construction. Despite this, the staff’s friendliness and skill stand out, and the spa’s decor remains somewhat mediocre compared to others in the same price range. Overall, the spa is appreciated for its friendly team and good service, with room for improvement in ambiance and communication about remodeling.
My absolute favorite place to get my nails & toes done! All three ladies Devon, Kate & Abby are spot on. They take their time & their precision and skill is always consistent! Thank you ladies for always making my nails look fabulous!
The spa itself is adequate but compared to other spas I have gone to in the same price range, I found it rather mediocre in decor and rather than an assortment of fruit flavored water, only plain water from a jug was available. The estheticians and therapists were very nice and did a nice job. The manicurists were also the hair stylists and only did an adequate job leaving nails a little unevenly filed. My main warning is to confirm the price before receiving the treatment. I made reservations based on the quoted price but a few weeks later the price had gone up and they would not honor the quoted price. The manager who was not very friendly claimed the website stated prices were subject to change so would not give us the quoted price. The package we purchased was almost $300. I find it hard to believe honoring the quoted price, which was ten dollars cheaper would have been a hardship for the business. Based on the overall experience I would not return nor recommend this establishment.
The facial itself was wonderful, Kaylee did a great job. My only complaint is that they are doing some remodeling, so it was kind of loud in there and there’s obvious signs of construction like on the walls and stuff which really takes away from the relaxation of it all. I wish that I would’ve been informed of the remodeling when I called and booked the appointment because I’m not sure I would’ve went in the middle of that.
