I have been a client of Justin’s for a few years. I can’t say enough about the level of service and expertise Justin provides when it comes to coloring my hair. As a blonde, it can be very difficult to find the correct color and maintain it in a healthy manner. Justin is able to do this and truly gives his best each time to his clients. I also greatly appreciate the time and attention he gives each client, I never feel rushed and the salon is a very calm, peaceful place.
I visited the salon yesterday for the first time and had Katie as my stylist. I was apprehensive to try a new place, but it was the best decision I've ever made! She not only gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, but her personality is awesome! The salon itself is beautiful and super clean and everyone else is so nice 😊. I've already booked my next appt. and will be recommending this salon for sure 👍🏻.
Today was my first time at Salon Justin Charles. I reached out to Justin for help. I had a bang trim that had gone bad at another salon. I didn’t like how they looked at all. I told Justin my concerns. He was able to get me in today. He was so courteous, helpful, and a kind person. He talked with me about my various options. He also kept me informed along the way. I am beyond satisfied. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a calm presence. I can’t wait to get my hair pampered at this place!
