I recently had an audiology exam done by Angela at the Orchard Park office. She was very professional and performed a complete evaluation . I have always felt well taken care of at Diversified .

Approximately one year ago I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I had symptoms for several years but just tried to work my way through. It has been very difficult as the Alzheimer’s has advanced. I was referred to Diversified Hearing by my neurologist. I made an appointment with Lauren Calabrese. Lauren has taught me how to make my life easier. She has shown me how to overcome obstacles. *updated review*: after we reached out to Carrie she was able to schedule us later in the week and performed the audiology exam personally. She was apologetic for the oversight and-for the rest of our experience with Diversified-everything was professional.
I scheduled my two year old a hearing exam two weeks in advance only to arrive at the appointment and be told the proper equipment was at another office and I would have to reschedule. I was confused to say the least as to how such a basic level of communication could be overlooked.
