Hi. While my problems were finally resolved when your technician remote connected to my laptop, the problem was created in the first place by the initial reply I got from protected harbor. All I was looking for initially was to reload the remote desktop app but the link I got ended up messing up my parallels desktop implementation. And even that took a couple of days to get that reply with the link.
Protected Harbor was timely, knowledgeable and efficient in addressing my computer needs. I had a technical issue on Monday evening and they arrived Tuesday morning to address it.
I can’t say enough about the company and their staff.
