Palisades Veterinary Hospital is a highly recommended veterinary office. The doctors and staff are wonderful and provide great care. They spend time with pet owners to explain their pet's condition and don't push unnecessary treatments. The practice is clean and professional, and pet owners feel respected and taken care of. Drs Bauer and Olinzock are knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic. They are reasonable, thorough, and nonjudgmental when discussing treatment options. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making every visit a positive experience. The team clearly takes the time to read pet records and explains procedures thoroughly. Overall, many pet owners are very happy with the care they receive, and the clinic is highly recommended for its professionalism and genuine concern for pets.
Palisades Veterinary Hospital is the best from initial intake to in between annual wellness visits. Their front desk personnel are always kind, thorough and helpful. They answer any questions they can, and if they don't have an answer, they get back to you as soon as they can with one. The vets are great--very thorough and kind; they listen to everything you say, explain all available courses of treatment, while recommending best practices and explain why those practices are the recommended course of care. They are very good at dealing with people and their pets and I completely trust them to provide the best and most up to date care.

We have been with Dr Bauer for 23 years. He is the best in the business! He really cares about the animals and families and he is a doctor that we can rely on and really trust to make the right decisions about care for our dog.
Drs Bauer and Olinzock are knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic. They are reasonable, thorough and nonjudgmental in our discussions about treatment options for my pet. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the care they have provided Seamus!!
