John Lockwood Plumbing has been maintaining our combi boiler system for a number of years and when it came time to replace the system, they gave us the options and quotes. Just had a new system put in by James and he was quick and efficient and showed me everything that was replaced. Great service!
Lockwood plumbing came to my house to diagnose a problem with my older Navien tankless water heater . ( no charge) I was given an estimate for a new tank and installation after it was determined that it would be more cost effective to replace, rather than repair my old water heater . ( honest fair price ) They even moved around some appointments to help us out when my old water heater died before our original replacement appointment was scheduled. We will definitely reach out to them for other plumbing needs if they come up . Many, many thanks to James for his professionalism and punctuality .
