I would highly recommend Vagliardo Inspection Service, John inspected a home for me in Prattsville, he was very responsive, professional and extremely thorough in his inspection. He showed up when he said he would, made great recommendations and provided a detailed report in a timely fashion. He's a stand-up guy who won't try to take advantage of you.

Vagliardo Inspection is topnotch! I have used him a few times over the years. He is very thorough and puts everything from Major to minor concerns in a nice detailed report. He charges a bit more upon first inspection, but has come out to our home for further inspections as needed without an additional charge. Even years later, he will continue to inspect our home, if needed, at no additional charge!
