Josh was extremely detailed but also able to make sure we had a good understanding of the inspection and what we were looking at. He's responsive and fairly priced. His reports are also clear and well outlined. Will definitely use him in the future if needed!

When I first called d him he was still out working at 8 at night.Josh is great and dependable as they come.He was very friendly and very knowledgeable with the home inspection!. I cant say enough about how great Josh was.He saved me a ton of money!. His inspection was extremely thorough and at a great price.He found alot of stuff wrong and saved me from making a huge mistake.
