So happy with the care and customer service at this facility. I had gone on vacation out of state and my other boarding option fell through last minute literally while I was driving , I heard about this place so I called up and they ensured he was all up to date on shots and had him in that day for the entire week . Gave excellent care and very friendly. Picked up one tired and happy dog. They have helped a couple other times since with work trips etc and I’m very happy with the service they have. Keep up the great work! 5 stars all day
We LOVE Hillside Kennels. They were recommended to us by our vet. We boarded our 2 dogs, Benji (2yr old GSD) and Freya (3yr old pitbull), over the weekend while we were on vacation. We were running late and they stayed open late for us so we could still board them, they gave them their kennel cough vaccinations for $25 each and made sure they got their nexguard in their food that night. I called on Saturday to check in on the dogs and they immediately knew who I was calling about and we’re happy to give me updates on how they were doing. My pup was at hillside from Thursday to Monday. Price was very reasonable, drop off and pick up couldn't have been easier. When I asked over the phone how he was, the lady knew which dog was mine immediately and was able to tell me about his stay. On pick up he was happy and clean. Id definitely bring my nutty border Collie back here if I were to go away again!
