I've been doing PT with Emily. She's been great! She's very knowledgeable & informative. She's thorough; asks all the necessary questions & actively listens (even while she is typing which is impressive) to fully understand. I also respect & appreciate that she is respectfully upfront; she tells you what you need to know. I absolutely appreciate the quality care I have been receiving.

Greatest gym in oneonta hands down, newest equipment, always clean, very professional and informed trainers, and it's not like you're at a competition like most gyms. Plus they have a pool, sauna, and locker rooms with showers

Their appointment timings are on point and staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable with your situation . Give you hope in healing... looking foward to my prescheduled appointments
