Dr was professional and took the time to answer my questions. I booked my appointment online and did my forms online prior to the appointment. I was treated like my time was important and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Very nice staff. Easy exam. My appointments (for myself and 2 children) had been scheduled for weeks. Then our appointments ended up running late. I found out this was because the office had scheduled in a family of 3 ON THE DATE of my exams. So we had to wait for them. How is this fair to me, who had scheduled weeks ahead?
I want to start by saying that my husband and I were greeted and seen right away. The employees were very nice to us and helpful. The environment was clean and well organized. We had no issues with checking in and out. Our glasses were ready much sooner than we expected which was super nice! We are both pleased with our glasses as well after receiving them and having time to get adjusted. A few problems we did have were: an employee who should've been tending to my husband was going around harassing their fellow co-workers about who touched the thermostat and was trying to hurry them.
