Great first hair salon experience. Absolutely loved the cut. I was grateful that Joyce was willing to work with my thick hair. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and explained the details. She was personable and friendly and /open/, which I certainly appreciated. The salon was well lit and seemed clean and organized. I was called back diligently when I left a phone message. And she wasn't pushy. She didn't try to sell me products or a particular haircut. Joyce and D&D salon were great to work with for my wedding. We did hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids, and it turned out really nice! One of my bridesmaids even said that was the first time that a makeup artist actually listened to what she wanted (something minimal/natural looking, not too done up). Everyone looked beautiful! Joyce also re-highlighted my hair before the wedding and fixed my hair slightly because it was a bit uneven at the bottom, and I was really happy with the results.
