Night one on a 4 week trip from NH to Florida we experienced issues with our tow vehicle. We called Jeff on a Friday afternoon and he graciously said we could come to his home and he would take a look. We were there over two hours - he did not stop until he found the problem and fixed it. It really saved our trip and we can't be more thankful. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable, and we would hIghly recommend his services.

Just had a great experience with Jeff at Hudson Valley RV! He helped us navigate a super complicated warranty repair for our A/C - his knowledge of the machine as well as the vendors backend reimbursement process - saved us a tremendous amount of headaches. And this guy didn't miss a beat either. I called him out of the blue on a Monday and I think we had the whole process orchestrated and in motion in a day or two.
So glad we found him. Super knowledgeable and responsive. We're fairly new to this RV stuff - and have realized the (really) hard way his kind of talent and services are rare and hard to find.
Honestly, I have yet to pay Jeff for services to my RV as of 7.4.25. I tried to give Hudson Valley RV money/business and when my wife called he said tell me what's going on and he literally WALKED us through not 1 but 2 problems (and 2 different phone calls) with our 2018 Minnie Winnie and helped us fix them over the phone by just texting pictures back and forth. He never once asked for compensation and I know any other company would have come out, spent minutes fixing what he helped us with and charged us. So I am a customer for life and will have our RV winterized and any issues I can't handle myself going up to Jeff no matter what. There are few honest businesses... read full review
