Dedicated and caring Staff of volunteers and organizers. The horses are awesome. So majestic yet gentle. They walk right up to you and even nuzzle you. Just dont stick your fingers out in their face or they might think its a carrot!
Not sure what the Riding experience is like, our company went there to volunteer, felt amazing to help these horses and the make a difference in the lives of the people and children they help. Can't wait to come back again!

I highly recommend HorseAbility for anyone seeking equine therapy! This establishment is very well run, the horses and staff are all fantastic, and you can tell that all of the staff, volunteers and horses really care about you! As a volunteer I absolutely love coming for my shift and seeing how happy horses can make people. These horses are very well taken care of, they are happy and it shows. The instructors are patient with everyone and really are knowledgeable in what they do. If you are looking to volunteer, you do not need experience with horses, they will teach you a lot. Horseability is a rare find, giving therapeutic horseback rides to children and adults with special needs. It is run mostly by volunteers like myself and staffed by wonderful, highly skilled therapists and trainers.My experience of volunteering there is that I walk away feeling richer and happier! Learning to take care of the riders, horses, and partnership with the therapists are just a few of the benefits I get to enjoy.
