We were so pleased with the warm and inviting atmosphere. I was given this store as part of a list of union affiliated places to go for glasses. It was by far one of the friendlier and calming experiences. Claudia at the front was able to answer all of our question. Then the gentleman at the desk not only helped my son, but he also McGivered his old glasses. What a pleasure to be served by such accomodating people. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Yesterday I was horrified to see I had broken my glasses and I am not from around here but saw Plaza Optical and went in w/my broken glasses. Nancy and Claudia were so helpful and found frames that fit my lenses in no time! Everyone was so helpful and supportive I decided to get an eye exam and had a great exam w/Dr Mangatt and felt so well taken care of I went to get a new pair w/my updated prescription. Nancy and Claudia were right there helping me find the right pair and Ed chimed in and now I’m so excited waiting for my new glasses! There were so many to choose from and hard to decide but majority won and so grateful for everyone there!!

I can only say nice things about them I walked in to get my glasses fixed. Which they did no problem. They said I was overdue.To get my eyes checked. So they said if you have time, we can do it now. And they did.The staff is so nice. I cannot wait to get my new glasses. They picked out a nice pair for me. I think Elton John would be proud. Thank you for making my day. Love and respect for the whole staff there. Thank you.
