I recently had an issue with my boiler and reached out to OSI. From the moment they arrived, I could tell I was dealing with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. The team was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.
What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just fix the problem and leave—they made sure everything was working properly, answered all of my questions, and left the area cleaner than they found it.
We always use OSI for our heating, A/C and electrical needs. They have highly professional specialists and eager to help. I recently needed document for their work performed 13 years ago. I called them and got the document the same day.
