Kayla was awesome! Pleasant, soft spoken , prompt, attentive , endearing , an absolute pleasure . I most definitely recommend Kayla to anyone in search of a perfect salon experience. I am impressed. My stylist was well dressed, he hair was perfectly styled and neat. In my experience, I’ve witnessed hair stylist who were not presentable, which was odd to Me, how are you styling a client when you yourself showed up appearing as if you have no care for your own appearance? That was not the case with Kayla. My hair and scalp were treated ever so gently. I Love My results and God willing I will be back to be styled by Kayla. After having so many horrible experiences with other hair stylists, I was super appreciative of the professionalism and amazing customer service that the staff at Jakari salon provided. Shanel was very sweet and listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut! I posted it to the group chat within 5 minutes. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. ❤️

Excellent.
Obviously they do amazing hair. But what I liked the most was they have excellent phone skills! And a quick, smooth and honest consultation. They really care about your hair. It’s one of my favorite salons. ?Customer service is top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Music is nice inside, they even have a little tea/coffee bar.
When you arrive you may be asked to sit in the shampoo chairs while you wait and they are massage chairs! Nice touch!
If I had any critique it would be I wished they opened earlier (yes 7am) so I didn’t have to sit in traffic.
