Doc's Mechanical Piping Corporation

In the past this company was very professional and helpful. As of recent years they've become unreliable where we are waiting foe hours for them to arrive only to wait several hours longer. Latest interaction was we had an appointment on a Thursday @9 am which was a no show. When called hours later, we were told, couldn't make it, we will call when we get are on our way. They never called! Next day, Friday, we inquired to see if we were still on the schedule and when we could expect service, only to be told "I'm not working today, it's my nieces wedding day." Long story short...good work but it may never get done!

Certainly feels like good help is hard to find. This company was unprofessional from the beginning, Worst ever. Came over an hour late and didn’t even reach out to us and let us know. We had to reach out to him to ask if he was still coming! that was the first red flag, and then he didn’t complete the job and left a mess. Would not recommend. We had to hire another plumbing company to come and fix the mess, and when they asked where the original hardware was? it was nowhere to be found because of docs company took it instead of leaving it. I would not recommend if I could give no stars, I would.

Doc’s Mechanical is top notch! They’re quick responding pros who explain exactly what’s happening. From replacing my boiler some years ago to service and any problems, there’s no one better than Doc’s. Thanks again to Pete and Steve!
