This was our 2nd time using your services. Installers Chris & Alex arrived as scheduled, diagnosed our problem & ordered parts to fix the drip in our shower.
They also scheduled a follow up date for the actual installation.
Technician Bruce showed up on time, greeted me politely, and remembered where to go as he had been there before. Our furnace and water heater are in a small space which he again handled without comment. Highly recommend this firm.
