Based on the reviews, Oakland Gardens Eye Care has a friendly, knowledgeable, and magnificent staff. Everyone is nice, helpful, and personable. The staff greets patients by name as they walk through the main doors, which is a small but very warming gesture. They take their time to explain and answer questions efficiently and are patient. The office is very clean and organized with a great selection of frames. The staff and the doctor are genuinely invested in patients, helping them find what frame is best suited for their needs. The doctor is wonderful, super knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. They work with kids of all ages and took the time to show a curious son his results in understandable terms. The office has the latest technology that made the experience feel like a walk in the park. Patients had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend others do as well.
Love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of frames and the office is very clean and organized. I got a lot of help from the staff and even the doctor on what frame was best suited for my needs, felt like the whole team was genuinely invested in me. As a first time customer I had a great experience and will definitely be coming here for all my eye needs and highly recommend others do as well!
My son and I had a very pleasant experience at Oakland Gardens Eye Care. All of the staff are friendly and personable. One thing that especially stood out was the staff greeting patients by name as they walked through the main doors - a small gesture but a very warming one. Staff are also patient and take their time to explain/answer questions. Dr. Kristina is also wonderful - my son is naturally curious and full of questions and Dr. Kristina took the time to show him his results and explain in understandable terms. Had a great experience here!
