NY Spot Lite Cleaners is by far the worst dry cleaning business I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My longtime dry cleaners in Nyack closed down, which forced me to search for another local option. That is how I ended up at NY Spot Lite Cleaners. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a major mistake.

Such a bad service

One star is my being generous to a business that is unreliable. I brought clothes there at their hour of opening and I requested a next day pick up and was told that my items would be ready the next day after noon. I arrived the next day after 2 pm and was told that only half of my clothes were ready and was asked to come back later in the day which was not at all convenient for me. I had to reschedule a meeting that I had planned to wear the clothes that spot was supposed to clean. I got my clothes the next day and I will NEVER go back there again.
