Pilates with Nicole has been such a rewarding experience. I was too scared of being judged to attend any kind of gym or class with other people, and always worked out alone in my apartment. After a friend highly recommended Nicole, I joined the studio and couldn't be happier. Nicole is so passionate and is a fantastic instructor, and the studio is lovely and has positive vibes all around. I feel stronger and more confident after (almost) a year, and I can't wait to continue!

I have been doing pilates at Havenview with Nicole both privately and semi-privately for over two years now. I began going twice a week, but now I attend the semi-private classes three times a week. Nicole is an excellent teacher. I took pilates at another studio prior to joining Havenview and every time I am in class with Nicole I think to myself “I didn’t learn that before.” Her verbal cues during exercises make all the difference. When I first started I thought I would never get the hang of pilates but with Nicole’s help and guidance I come to every class feeling confident and excited. I started pilates at Havenview studio over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Nicole is everything you would want in an instructor. She is encouraging, patient and keeps the classes new with just the right amount of challenge. I have seen so many positive changes in my body, my hip pain from a car accident is completely gone, I have gained flexibility and muscle definition. I look forward to every class because I know I will leave feeling great.
