They were delivered on a very stormy day and the driver was clever enough to tuck them behind a few heavy objects on the porch and text/call to alert me they were there: thank you!The bouquet was gorgeous! Unfortunately, several of the roses died very quickly. However, when I called the owner, he resolved the issue without hesitation and even went above and beyond to deliver the replacement roses. This is the type of service rarely experienced anymore--Thank you!I will say the person who initially took my message was not very receptive, but clearly he does not reflect the customer service standards of the owner, so don't let that dissuade you from using this florist.Thank you bringing beauty to my birthday!“

The person there is wonderful and the grave blankets and wreaths are bigger than the cheap ones at the supermarket. The decorations are also better quality than other stores.There prices are a little high but it's their quality that backs up the price. I suggest coming here“

She took my explanations of ideas and turned them into exactly as how I envisioned them. She held my hand every step of the way and offered so much guidance. She was an amazing communicator and kept in touch with tons of ideas and options. Giselle handled the decorating of the church, all bride and bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces along with the miscellaneous tables at the reception and I was totally blown away when I saw it all.
