Beware!! Bait and Switch!! See photos!!!! Would leave sub zero stars if I could!!! I am writing this review for my mom who is a disabled senior who is on a very limited income. She wanted to send flowers to her best friend of over 60 years for her 75th birthday. Looking on line, we found this florist and loved the arrangements shown on the website. What was ordered was not what was delivered. I called to express my concern and the owner tried to tell me that he actually sent something better and bigger. Are you kidding me?!?! Did a not live up to expectations of flower I ordered for Mother's Day . They didn't arrive until Monday scheduled delivery was on 5/6/2022 . At this point they were all wilted! Even though they claimed they would get a fresh arrangement out. When I spoke with them on Tuesday about arrangement delivered that flowers were wilted . He claimed they were fresh flowers. Which is was clear they were not! NO refund offered. Horrible Florist!!!!!!

Do NOT order from this so-called florist. I chose them due to maybe I could go and see what they had etc. I asked and was told The shop is not in Pomona anymore and didnt say where they are now. I understood it was mothers day weekend and explained it was a 95th birthday and the next day was Mothers Day. The gentleman said he couldnt guarantee on the birthday but definitely the next day, Mothers Day! I was at the home on the same day late in the day and NO FLOWERS! I called the nest morning and he insisted he delivered them during the time i happened to be there! I told him ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WAS DELIVERED But would ask again..
